Sohbet Tavla — Gizlilik Politikası

Bu politika, Sohbet Tavla mobil uygulamasını (iOS ve Android) kullandığında hangi kişisel verilerin işlendiğini, neden işlendiğini, kimlerle paylaşıldığını ve haklarını açıklar.

2. Yaş sınırı

Uygulama 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir. Bilerek 18 yaşın altındaki kişilerden veri toplamayız. 18 yaşından küçük birinin veri sağladığını fark edersek ilgili hesabı ve verileri sileriz.

3. Hangi verileri işliyoruz?

Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresi (e-posta, Google veya Apple ile kayıt olduysan), kullanıcı adın, hesap kimliğin (UID). Şifren yalnızca Firebase Authentication'da saklanır; biz göremeyiz. "Misafir olarak oyna" seçeneğinde e-posta alınmaz.
Profil bilgileri: seçtiğin hazır avatar veya kendi yüklediğin fotoğraf, ELO puanı, seviye, galibiyet/mağlubiyet istatistikleri, oyun içi coin bakiyesi, günlük giriş serisi ve görev ilerlemesi, Premium durumu.
Oyun ve iletişim verileri: oynadığın maçların kayıtları (hamleler, zarlar, sonuç), maç içi sohbet mesajları ve gönderdiğin/aldığın hediyeler, arkadaşlarınla özel mesajların, arkadaş / engellenen kullanıcı / son oynadığın rakip listeleri, yaptığın şikâyetler (kime, neden, açıklaman).
Sesli sohbet: mikrofon sesin, sesli sohbete katıldığında gerçek zamanlı olarak maçtaki diğer oyuncuya iletilir. Sesi kaydetmiyoruz ve saklamıyoruz. Mikrofon izni yalnızca sesli sohbeti başlattığında istenir.
Bildirimler: yalnızca izin verirsen; cihazının bildirim belirteci ve bildirim tercihlerin (hangi türler, sessiz saatler, saat dilimin) saklanır. Bildirimlerde mesaj metni veya hamle görünmez. Çıkış yapınca ve hesabı silince kaldırılır.
Kamera / fotoğraflar: yalnızca profil fotoğrafı yüklemeyi seçersen, seçtiğin görsele erişilir ve avatarın olarak saklanır.
Satın alma bilgileri: abonelik durumu ve süresi. Kart/ödeme bilgilerini biz görmeyiz; ödemeyi Apple veya Google işler.
Moderasyon verileri: destek kutuna gelen mesajlar (şikâyet cevapları, uyarılar), hesabına uygulanan kısıtlamalar (sohbet kısıtı, askıya alma, kalıcı kapatma) ve gerekçeleri.
Teknik veriler: uygulama/cihaz örnek kimlikleri ve IP adresi (hizmet sağlayıcılarımızın standart bağlantı kayıtları aracılığıyla).

İşlemediğimiz veriler: konum, rehber/kişiler, sağlık verisi, finansal hesap bilgisi, reklam kimliği (IDFA/AAID). Uygulamada reklam yoktur, sizi reklam amacıyla izlemeyiz ve verilerinizi satmayız. Kullanıcı davranışı analizi için bir analitik hizmeti etkinleştirmedik; ileride eklenirse bu politikayı güncelleriz.

4. Verileri neden işliyoruz? (hukuki sebepler)

Hesabını oluşturmak, giriş yapmanı ve oyun hizmetini (eşleşme, maç, ELO, sohbet, arkadaşlar, ödüller) sunmak — sözleşmenin ifası (KVKK m.5/2-c, GDPR m.6/1-b).
Adil oyunu sağlamak, hileyi ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek, uygunsuz içeriği filtrelemek ve şikâyetleri incelemek — meşru menfaat (KVKK m.5/2-f, GDPR m.6/1-f).
Abonelik hakkını doğrulamak ve yönetmek — sözleşmenin ifası.
Yasal yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirmek — hukuki yükümlülük (KVKK m.5/2-ç, GDPR m.6/1-c).
Mikrofon ve kamera/fotoğraf erişimi — açık rızan (cihazdaki izin penceresi; istediğin zaman ayarlardan geri alabilirsin).

5. Verileri kimlerle paylaşıyoruz?

Verilerini satmayız. Hizmeti sunmak için bizim adımıza veri işleyen şu hizmet sağlayıcılarla çalışırız:

Google Firebase (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.) — kimlik doğrulama, veritabanları (Firestore, Realtime Database), dosya depolama, sunucu fonksiyonları, uzaktan yapılandırma ve istemci doğrulama (App Check). Realtime Database ve sunucu fonksiyonlarımız Avrupa'da (Belçika, europe-west1) çalışır.
RevenueCat, Inc. — abonelik satın alma ve doğrulama (kullanıcı kimliğin ve satın alma durumun).
Agora, Inc. — gerçek zamanlı sesli sohbet altyapısı (ses ve bağlantı verileri anlık iletilir).
Apple ve Google — "Apple ile giriş", "Google ile giriş" ve mağaza ödemeleri (kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir).
DiceBear (api.dicebear.com) — hazır avatar görselleri; görseli indirirken IP adresin bu sunucuya iletilir.
Google Fonts — uygulama yazı tiplerini indirirken IP adresin Google sunucularına iletilir.

Ayrıca, yasal bir zorunluluk olduğunda veya kullanıcıların güvenliğini korumak için gerektiğinde yetkili makamlarla paylaşım yapılabilir. Herkese açık bilgiler: kullanıcı adın, avatarın, ELO/seviyen ve istatistiklerin diğer oyuncular tarafından (ör. liderlik tablosu, arkadaş araması) görülebilir. E-posta adresin ve (varsa) hesabındaki gerçek adın diğer oyunculara gösterilmez; yalnızca sen ve (moderasyon/destek amacıyla) geliştirici erişebilir. Maç içi mesajların ve hediyelerin o maçtaki rakibin tarafından görülür.

6. Yurt dışına aktarım

Hizmet sağlayıcılarımızın bir kısmı (ör. RevenueCat, Agora, Google) verileri Türkiye ve Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı dışında, özellikle ABD'de işleyebilir. Bu aktarımlar, ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü güvenceler (ör. standart sözleşme hükümleri) çerçevesinde yapılır.

7. Saklama süresi

Hesap, profil, istatistik, arkadaşlık, mesaj ve destek kutusu/kısıtlama verilerin, hesabın açık olduğu sürece saklanır. Şu an hareketsiz hesaplar için otomatik silme uygulamıyoruz.
Hesabını sildiğinde bunların tamamı silinir (bkz. Hesap silme). Bir maçtaki iki oyuncudan biri hesabını silerse o maçın kaydı (sohbeti dahil) de silinir.
Başkaları hakkında yapılmış şikâyet kayıtları, diğer kullanıcıları korumak amacıyla, gerekli olduğu süre boyunca saklanabilir; kendi yaptığın şikâyetlerden kimliğin kaldırılır.
Abonelik/ödeme kayıtları Apple, Google ve RevenueCat'te kendi saklama kurallarına göre tutulabilir.

8. Hesap ve veri silme

Uygulama içinden: Profil → Hesabımı Sil. Onayladığında şunlar kalıcı olarak silinir: profilin, ELO ve istatistiklerin, coin ve görev verilerin, arkadaşlıkların ve özel mesajların, oynadığın maçların kayıtları (sohbetleri dahil), avatarın, kullanıcı adı rezervasyonun ve giriş (kimlik doğrulama) kaydın. Güvenlik için, e-posta/Google/Apple hesaplarında yakın zamanda giriş yapmış olman istenebilir.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan: hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden samithedeveloper@icloud.com adresine "Hesabımı sil" yazan bir e-posta gönder; kimliğini doğruladıktan sonra en geç 30 gün içinde hesabını ve verilerini sileriz.

Önemli: Hesabı silmek, App Store veya Google Play üzerindeki aboneliğini iptal etmez; aboneliğini mağaza hesap ayarlarından ayrıca iptal etmelisin.

9. Haklarınız

KVKK m.11 ve (AB/AEA'daki kullanıcılar için) GDPR kapsamında; verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme, işlemenin kısıtlanmasını isteme, verilerini taşıma ve rızanı geri çekme haklarına sahipsin. Şikâyet hakkın ise Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na veya bulunduğun yerdeki veri koruma otoritesinedir. Taleplerini samithedeveloper@icloud.com adresine iletebilirsin; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.

10. Kullanıcı içeriği ve moderasyon

Mesajlar ve kullanıcı adları uygunsuz ifadelere karşı otomatik olarak filtrelenir. Bir oyuncuyu uygulama içinden şikâyet edebilir veya engelleyebilirsin. Şikâyet edilen içerik ve şikâyetin yapıldığı maçın/özel sohbetin ilgili mesajları, kuralların ihlal edilip edilmediğini anlamak için geliştirici tarafından incelenebilir. İhlal durumunda uyarı verilebilir, sohbet kısıtlanabilir, hesap geçici olarak askıya alınabilir veya kalıcı olarak kapatılabilir. Şikâyet edene ve şikâyet edilene sonuç uygulama içindeki destek kutusu üzerinden bildirilebilir. Kararlara itirazını destek e-postasına iletebilirsin.

11. Güvenlik

Veriler aktarım sırasında TLS ile şifrelenir; erişim, güvenlik kuralları ve sunucu tarafı doğrulama ile sınırlandırılır. Hiçbir sistem tamamen risksiz değildir; güvenlik açığı bildirimlerini yukarıdaki e-postaya iletebilirsin.

12. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfadadır ve "Son güncelleme" tarihini taşır.

Sohbet Tavla — Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use the Sohbet Tavla mobile app (iOS and Android), why, who it is shared with, and what rights you have.

1. Controller

Sami, individual developer of Sohbet Tavla.

2. Age requirement

The app is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we delete the account and its data.

3. What data we process

Account data: e-mail address (if you signed up with e-mail, Google or Apple), your username and your account ID (UID). Your password is stored only by Firebase Authentication and is not visible to us. No e-mail is collected if you play as a guest.
Profile data: the preset avatar you pick or a photo you upload, ELO rating, level, win/loss statistics, in-game coin balance, daily login streak and quest progress, Premium status.
Gameplay and communication data: records of matches you play (moves, dice, result), in-match chat messages and gifts sent/received, your private messages with friends, your friend / blocked-user / recent-opponent lists, and reports you file (who, why, your description).
Voice chat: when you join voice chat, your microphone audio is transmitted in real time to the other player in the match. We do not record or store audio. The microphone permission is requested only when you start voice chat.
Notifications: only if you allow them; your device's notification token and your notification choices (which types, quiet hours, your time-zone offset) are stored. Notifications never show message text or moves. They are removed when you sign out or delete your account.
Camera / photos: only if you choose to upload a profile photo, the image you select is accessed and stored as your avatar.
Purchase data: subscription status and period. We never see your card or payment details; Apple or Google processes the payment.
Moderation data: messages in your support inbox (report replies, warnings), restrictions applied to your account (chat restriction, suspension, permanent closure) and their reasons.
Technical data: app/device instance identifiers and IP address (through our service providers' standard connection logs).

What we do not process: location, contacts, health data, financial account data, advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID). The app contains no ads, we do not track you for advertising and we do not sell your data. We have not enabled an analytics service for user behaviour; if we add one we will update this policy.

4. Why we process data (legal bases)

To create your account, let you sign in and provide the game service (matchmaking, matches, ELO, chat, friends, rewards) — performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
To ensure fair play, prevent cheating and abuse, filter inappropriate content and review reports — legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
To verify and manage your subscription entitlement — performance of a contract.
To comply with legal obligations — legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c); KVKK Art. 5/2-ç).
Microphone and camera/photo access — your consent (the operating-system permission prompt; you can withdraw it any time in your device settings).

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf to deliver the service:

Google Firebase (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.) — authentication, databases (Firestore, Realtime Database), file storage, server functions, remote configuration and client attestation (App Check). Our Realtime Database and server functions run in Europe (Belgium, europe-west1).
RevenueCat, Inc. — subscription purchase and validation (your user ID and purchase status).
Agora, Inc. — real-time voice chat infrastructure (audio and connection data are relayed live).
Apple and Google — "Sign in with Apple", "Sign in with Google" and store payments (subject to their own privacy policies).
DiceBear (api.dicebear.com) — preset avatar images; your IP address is sent to this server when the image is downloaded.
Google Fonts — your IP address is sent to Google's servers when the app downloads its fonts.

We may also disclose data to authorities where legally required or needed to protect users' safety. Public information: your username, avatar, ELO/level and statistics can be seen by other players (e.g. leaderboard, friend search). Your e-mail address and (if any) the real name on your account are not shown to other players; only you and, for moderation/support purposes, the developer can access them. Your in-match messages and gifts are visible to your opponent in that match.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers (e.g. RevenueCat, Agora, Google) may process data outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area, notably in the United States. Such transfers rely on the safeguards required by applicable law (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

7. Retention

Your account, profile, statistics, friendship, message and support-inbox/restriction data are kept as long as your account exists. We do not currently auto-delete inactive accounts.
When you delete your account all of this is deleted (see Account deletion). If one of the two players in a match deletes their account, the record of that match (including its chat) is deleted too.
Reports made about other users may be kept for as long as needed to protect other users; your identity is removed from reports you filed.
Subscription/payment records may be retained by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their own retention rules.

8. Account and data deletion

In the app: Profile → Delete My Account. When you confirm, the following are permanently deleted: your profile, ELO and statistics, coin and quest data, friendships and private messages, records of matches you played (including their chats), your avatar, your reserved username and your sign-in (authentication) record. For security, e-mail/Google/Apple accounts may be asked to have signed in recently.

If you cannot access the app: e-mail samithedeveloper@icloud.com from your account's e-mail address with the subject "Delete my account"; after verifying your identity we delete your account and data within 30 days at the latest.

Important: deleting your account does not cancel your subscription in the App Store or Google Play; cancel it separately in your store account settings.

9. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 and (for users in the EU/EEA) the GDPR you have the right to know whether your data is processed, request information, rectification, erasure, object to processing, request restriction, data portability and to withdraw consent. You may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board or your local data protection authority. Send requests to samithedeveloper@icloud.com; we respond within 30 days.

10. User content and moderation

Messages and usernames are automatically filtered for inappropriate language. You can report or block a player from within the app. The reported content and the relevant messages of the match or private chat in which the report was made may be reviewed by the developer to determine whether the rules were violated. Violations may result in a warning, a chat restriction, a temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account. The outcome may be communicated to the reporter and the reported player through the in-app support inbox. You can appeal decisions by e-mailing the support address.

11. Security

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS; access is restricted by security rules and server-side validation. No system is completely risk-free; report security issues to the e-mail above.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. We will announce material changes in the app; the current version is always on this page and carries the "Last updated" date.
